I got an email from Brian Feltis 1/30/13 at 3:57am PST to tell me the complaint is old and has more than likely been resolved. I informed him that when a complaint is resolved through scambook it gets removed, so because it's still there, that means it hasn't been resolved. I told him because it's anonymous he can dispute it and it will more than likely get removed. Will update when I get more information.
